This tower is dominating in Midtown, it certainly fills out the skyline from the billionaire row skinnies to the flatiron district. Solid mass of steel.

Driving back to NYC from Penn State yesterday on I80 just east of Patterson.. u see the NYC skyline 20 miles away or so and 270 Park Ave is an absolute.. BEAST!!

I saw a cool video on BBC News about the fog that rolled in. There is a cool shot of 432 Park, 270 Park, One Vanderbilt, and Chrysler Building at the 10 second mark. Hopefully some photos will start popping up.

So glad the Empire State still stands so prominently on the skyline! It adds such a nice contrast on the skyline from the gigantic yet still beautiful glass towers.
