I was surprised there isn't an existing thread for these, as they were announced years ago. Phase 1 is well under construction. The designs of these are highly disdained by most Toronto skyscraper-watchers.

I'm rather disappointed, as I dug the austerity of the original proposal - which is what many people hated about it.
