^^I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this view again in a few years once 110 N Wacker, WPS, WPE, and Union Station Tower are complete. The right side of this photo will look extra beefy!

I also wouldn't mind those River North parking lots replaced by 10- 20 story brick neo-warhouse buildings...

Crain's says developer Shapack Partners is buying a low-rise property at 224 N. Ada Street.
The report also says the 17-story office high-rise at 167 N. Green will break ground some time this year.

There has been a LOT of above ground ComEd work on Green here recently. Think the power feeds for that and the next block west cut through the middle of the site and they've got to move it all.

Tribune is reporting that the B&N and Lou Malnati's buildings in the Gold Coast are for sale, most likely to make room for a new tower.
