The CCR is a program of the QEII Health Sciences Centre - one of Canada's leading teaching hospitals, located in the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia. The QEII has a strong commitment to health research in all disciplines.
The Centre for Clinical Research administers, facilitates and coordinates all research which is carried out at the QEII.
The front of the bldg might have been upadated, since it resembles the MacKenzie bldg.
The old civic hospital was on the site of the present IWK parking garage (where the pictures were taken, great spot for photos).
