With West Village Towers both nearing completion at 150 meters each, our new tallest UC just began construction yesterday in the East Village.

West Village - 150 meters, structurally/exterior complete

The possible competition is 7177 Quinpool but I have a hard time believing a 32-storey tower will be constructed on that site.

Hudson Place 2 at 23 stories.

I took this photo in May. The building in the front has topped out but Hudson Place 2 behind that building is still under construction.
