Early Buyer - I see so much in your sets that I miss when there in person, so I visit again, catch those items. A week or so later you put up another set with more surprises. repeat process..... thank you.

A selection of observations:

Those staircases are incredible. I can't wait to go up and down them next time I visit. I've never seen a city with so many public staircases.

I actually really like the base. The building's massing is very Lever House.

Those balconies could be a big suicide magnet. Rich, but unhappy people who climb over the railing of their balcony to the open ledge, and jump...and splat. I'd probably climb over out of sheer curiosity and/or daring, if I had the chance.

This pic really shows the texture created by the different colors of glass and balconies. Great catch!

Even from far away, it appears this building has the capacity to present interesting patterns. I like it more and more.

I am really not liking the way the concrete sections that 'go into' the glass look like. It ruins the effect, especially with the sun hitting it. But it is a minor nuisance.

Very cool pic S.D. Do you think that this building will completely block out AON (the right side) from this perspective once it is finished?

Not good to see that "Stump" of the Waterview Tower in that photo, also.
