Now I am doing. With the Artem confirmation I really feel myself confident. Thanks both.

First done, but sinceresly, I never heard a building has 'legs', I know collumns or pillars, but legs and the correct name for elevator=lift block is lift shaft engine tower. Anyway I made the entry according your info. If you count the floors by photo to me given, it is 19 considering the mechanicals and ground floor, more than 17 surely.
http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=73346

Same considerations as before: http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=73347 See, it is 19 floors, as if you count 65m / 19 you have more or less 3.5m floor to floor which is more reasonable for buildings like that in 60's. Also those called Commie Blocks are 1960-modern style with many influences of bauhaus school in 50ies and 60ies very cheap buildings blocks for residential propose resgating the lack of inhabitations post WW II.

Those 4 entries continue strange for me in terms of floors count and the 'legs'. But here you are: http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=73348

Thank you!
At first, I've never heard which is english name for such object, now I'll know. And at second, such buildings (which stay in columns like Le Corbusier's Marselle Block are called in Kyiv and in Moscow "houses on legs" (doma na nozhkah) and i've just translated this name Correct me please, if you know english speaking name of such buildings.

About quantity of floors - in Ukraine is used to count only living floors, not technical. In these 4 buildings there are 16 living floors with flats and one (ground) where entrances are situated. In all data bases these building are called 17-floored.

There are such counts:
16*3+1*3+1*3=54 (16 floors and 2 technical floors)
8+3=11 (pillars and elevator engine tower)

yeah but 16 floors + 2 indepedent the use continue to be floors and the ground floor in north american system is counted. so not 18, so 19. for all 4. if you have a building for electric devices with 6 floors for example, you consider a building without floors just cause of not living inside ? ! I managed the entries again, to seems more professional. Thanks anyway. No problem, we are all here to learn us both sides....

And thank you one more time!
Yeah, buildings are so different and it could be difficult to deal with them sometimes, especially with commie-blocks. And thank you for english-speaking names of "lift engine block" and "legs"
