Hi Brad. Sorry for the late reply. You are correct. If you measure to the roof of the mechanical room the building is 41 floors. It is 130.7 meters tall if you measure from the corner of Duke and Frederick. Thanks for the question.

I assume Brad Noble is just a random guy interested in development. The response is from the official DTK YouTube account so should be correct.

I read this and thought you're suppose to include Mechanical floors: "How to request a building or city"

the guy sounds believable. I just can't go by some random guy posting on a youtube channel. i don't want to change a posted figure (which is also unsourced) to an estimated figure based on the you tube channel. Unfortunately, googling came up with no official sources. I'll still try.

Hmm. That's just wrong. Most cities wouldn't include an elevator overrun like that in the official height. Mechanical penthouse that cover most of the floor plate are usually counted independent from roof height or do their distributed floor area over platforms and gangway count towards the gross floor area.
