It shouldn't affect anything. There are 2 completed levels inside the core form. They will raise the form like usual to expose the 12th floor. With the pump removed the crane can install the required steel and hollowcore to allow the crane to be secured to the building. As soon as the crane is raised, they can re-install the pump and begin to pour the 2 new core levels inside the form as usual.
