Did you see the latest renderings for 495 11th Avenue in NY? This tower is like a beautiful flower compared to that Frankenstein thats being proposed.

Yes. It's horrible. It's like a modern AOC housing project. But it's a drop in the bucket. This, by contrast, will be one of Miami's tallest towers.
