Your city in one word

You can express your city (for better or worse) using only one word. It has to be a real word, not an expression of speech, and not a rhetorical compound (e.g., 'Can-do').

Montreal: Sexy
Vancouver: Breathtaking
London: Boring
New York City: Metropolis

Moncton - "ambitious" (since can-do is unavailable).

From an Ottawan's perspective, the Quebec side of the river is all about the four S's:

Suds
Ski
Sand
Sex

Calgary: Ambitious or Modern. But these days I’m leaning towards Redneck.

Sorry I know I’m cheating, but since Covid and the UCP I’m very conflicted.

Delusional perhaps?

To be more optimistic, "free".

“Freedumb!”

Though in fairness that seems to be applicable to the entire province. Also possibly applicable to the prairies as a whole.

I was actually being sincere and complimentary with "free" - I'd say Calgary and Alberta rank very well with allowing people to do what they want, within reason.

I take it we're not talking about London, UK.

I was going to put Okotoks as Fun. Wasn’t sure if we’re allowed to nominate other cities though.

If we can then I’ll add the following:

Brossard: Elvis
Longueuil: Mullet
Edmonton: Stucco

Excellent.

From my experience...
Sherbrooke: Saoule / Drunk
Trois-Rivières: Pitounes
Cap-de-la-Madeleine (a former city, now part of Trois-Rivières): Puante / Stinky
Drummondville: Truckstop
Sorel: Derelict / Délabrée
