Southwest vows to keep green projects going

Halifax’s Southwest Properties Ltd. has committed to employing certifiably green standards on all future developments after obtaining one of the top classifications available for the Grainery Lofts.

The company’s South Bland Street development has received LEED Gold Certification for New Construction. LEED is an industry acronym for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
