Tridel's 10 York will do an excellent job of blocking these two towers

The list is solidly over 200 meters, only ICE 1, L Tower and 88 Scott just barely make it.

I can't believe how tall and slim ICE is... Must not be many units/per floor. Anyone know?

It definitely is dominating, if not a little awkward.

It's no thinner than any other condo, it just looks that way since its so tall.

There are various amounts of units on each floor but the 1,343 total units average to just under 11 units per floor.

FrankieF, you and LeftCoaster have been awfully quiet on the proposals front.

Regardless of the glazing, spandrel, tiny balconies, unit size, glass color, or whatever else bugs you about Ice, the height cannot be denied.

you mean Beck Taxis? because most of Toronto's Taxis probably aren't even coloured like that, only a single taxi brand is coloured like that.

I guess so, that's just the only one I've really noticed in pictures. To the point that I associate it with Toronto much like yellow with New York.

Beck is one of the largest taxi companies in Toronto and their taxi's are often associated with Toronto to outsiders

I absolutely love ICE. The height is great. My only wish would be for them to be even taller. Imagine the views and what an impact on the skyline they would be if they were similar in height to New York's 432 Park Avenue.

Three major companies share the same two toned scheme

Ice is the perfect height for that location and would ruin the skyline at twice their height
