these are great aerial shots, keep them coming.

Also, these photos really highlight just how many surface lots that can take on so much future builds and density .

They're really taking their time excavating this one.... but hoping to see a crane in maybe the next few weeks. I believe they've basically bottomed out.

Further back it says for floors of underground parking but the site does look like it's bottomed out.

It's only two floors of below grade parking levels, and three above grade. Somewhere back in this thread someone posted the architectural set from the city.

Wasn't/Isn't Tailgate Charlies around there? I remember going to the nightclub in the basement, when Energy 108FM would have "Big D" doing live-to-air shows there. It was loud, and the light show that was choreographed to the music being played was incredible...

You're thinking of John St S and Jackson St. It now contains the mediocre Industria Pizza Bar, and Zen Lounge club in the basement.

"Wet Kitty" was I believe one of the names for the downstairs club. And yes...
It was a lot of fun!

Anyone been by the site lately? I'm wondering they started pouring the foundation yet.

they have the site completely sealed off to the point where you really can't get a good vantage point into the pit, or least one which I could find.

Last Thursday.

Also one time I went up the fire escape a floor or two on the Desantis building, you can get over the plywood wall and see in the hole.

Wonder why this is taking so long. If it was a Core Urban project it would be at grade level by now lol.
