Thanks.
East side looks to have a lot of vision glass - looks pretty good.
South side seems to have more spandrel to block out the sun.
Both elevations have deep balconies for sun-shading.

Thanks for the new pics, OfficeDweller.

The new render might be an old one. It doesn't match previous renders and doesn't seem to be what's built. Decks would be different and smaller.

As of 13 December 2019, Marcon states this project is 68% finished and advertises completion for January 2021.

However, last week, Marcon just issued a sales addendum to specify September 30, 2021 as outside completion date.

On their website it's down to 66% and they have owner walkthroughs for April 15, 2021
