That’s a nice shot! Out of sight in the photo, i would love the surface parking on the south side of viewpoint (directly between QT & Skyhouse) to develop with a Seventh Midtown type development.

That reminds me.. Any updates (visual or otherwise) on the residential project behind the church at 5th and Peachtree?

I would love to see more developments like Seventh Midtown in Atlanta. Especially the shared parking deck.

Does anyone knows whats going on across the street from The Varsity? Several tenants have moved out across the street (Goodfellas with Pizza/etc and a club next door has closed in the past couple of months)?
