"Big residential plans are on the boards for one of Georgetown's most recognizable blocks.
As Georgetown institution W. T. Weaver and Sons celebrates its 130th year in business, the company is exploring development plans on its Prospect Street parking lot.
Dubbed Weaver's Row, W. T. Weaver and Sons and developer McCaffery Interests are seeking conceptual design review to deliver a five-story plus-penthouse mixed-use project at 3220 Prospect Street NW. The development would deliver 45 one to two bedroom rental units above 4,500 square feet of commercial space. UrbanTurf first reported about the project back in May. .."
