Well that's it, we had a good look at the BMU.
The most part of it is now pretty much out of view to the general public for the next century or two.

Could be...It would be nice to finally see some balcony glass being installed. Having the balcony railings, would dramatically change the look of the tower.
What's the deal, no balcony glass railings installed yet. I never seen this before, shortage of material or installers?

Does anyone know if there has been any movement or fix, for that bad transition in the concrete spine near the top of the building?

I'm very curious how they're gonna fix that.

That area of the spin is out of reach right now.
Once the BMU is operational, the concrete finishers will utilise it to patch and polish that part of the spin. I'm hoping to catch to inauguration of the BMU 🤞

Looks like these balconies have been painted, below.
(and it seems like an unusually white paint)
They probably have to wait until all the balconies have been painted?

Delivery of Balcony Railings Today

I observed the south-east corner balconies (bottom to top floor) receive their railings today.

They've setup a work platform at the bend of that fin. For the concrete finishers?

Higher floors, South West facing units will have a nice view for awhile.

I'm sure prices will be insane, but that's baked into the pie.

Amacon are launching 'Block' on Robson at Beatty, and Bosa are preparing a sales centre for Fifteen Fifteen on W Georgia. Landa have been trying to sell an Alberni tower near Denman for a while.

Looks better, though the straight parts of the lines don't seem really straight.
Probably not noticeable from ground without the zoom lens!

Thanks!
I was wondering what that line was above the last occupiable floor on One Burrard.
I can see from the pic that it's just the seam between concrete pours.
I thought it was recessed, and they'd put some spandrel there to reduce the height of the blank wall, but it looks like they'll paint it.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm viewing it from Anchor Point rooftop right now. Not sure if it's still being lowered or not. Side note...They're retiring table-forms at the 1335 Howe.
