Speaking for the port................
Citys official are voting on whether or not to build a new port across the Bay to make room for expanding the financial district. The original port (built in 1960) though acceptable, was built right smack in the Downtown area. More companies are pushing to get into the Financial District, but there is simple no room.
If they decide to move the port, the land where the port stand nows will harbor new class "A" office buildings, two hotels (5 and 4 star), more retail, more dining, a park, and a new stock exchange.
A new state of the art port will be built across the bay, allowing room for more ships to dock, and more room for cargo.
I will let you know what the final desicion is.

Important: I have decided to make the twins of the BIBC 100 floors as oppose to 120 floors for proportional reasons (and 1600 ft). That also means that the AON Center wil be 80 floors as oppose to 90.
