I like TFR now Grid looks ok too , imo

but yeah , you need to back away from the bright colours a bit

(facts are ordered from largest to smallest building)

Glendale Block aka "the Block"
Height: 477' 8''
use: floors 1-3 "Fantasia" upscale restaurant 4-43 office
built: 1942
floors: 43


Height: 397'
Use: residential
floors: 31
built: 1939


Height: 157'
Use: Office

Built: 1939

How does this look for an apartment building and also were should it go. on the coast or the inner city? (obviously not done yet)

Wow kiddo, slow down. You have a lot of tall towers!. Try to save big blocks for a big complex or two or three!!! =)
Anyways, the building should go near the edge of the city in a round part because the balconies are round so it looks like it was designs to offer the best views of where ever it is.

i know im building alot of tall towers but thats intended i wanna build a bunch of talls then smaller ones and mix them in thanx btw

alright no major update. just the first buildings are starting to go into new grid
and also new info on a building

Nice. If you have weird shaped buildings then it's better to use the intercept tool. You use it to connect non-connected edges. I'll show you how to do it later on my cities thread.

Oh, it's also better if the floors pitch (how far the bottom of the floor is from the bottom of the floor above it) stays above 10 feet.

It's fine just maybe add a logo at the top or something. It's nice though.

WOW awsome detail! I suggest toneing down those colors, as the city is very colorful, a little unrealaistic.

I really like the last building. Like I said a logo would be nice.

I don't think Halston is a good name for this city because many of the towers have a Miami feel like the last one.
