This Spec story from the other day has interior photos. This looks fantastic -- I was only in there once or twice years and years ago, to donate blood. It was "hospital drab" back then and I recall its spaces being pretty tight.
Mission Services is on the move: men’s shelter relocating to King East this summer

At 400 King St. E., the social-service agency will maintain its 58 shelter beds and add 50 transitional-housing quarters. Mission Services expects to move men there in late July.
Core Urban has renovated the three-storey building as part of a deal that saw the firm buy the James property — which includes two buildings — for $3.15 million from Missions Services for redevelopment.
If the James building is cramped and dark, the overhauled King digs are airy and awash with natural light.
And much — with the exception of exposed wood beams and bricks — at the address that once housed the Red Cross between Wellington Street North and Victoria Avenue North is new.
