UE referred to the stadium but I think what he had in mind was the Parc Olympique which is a whole bunch of attractions with the stadium at its heart.
You can visit the stadium for sure and many people do. In spite of its flaws as a baseball stadium it's actually pretty cool and unique architecturally.
Looming over the stadium is the world's tallest leaning tower which has an observation deck.
And the Olympic velodrome was turned into the Biodôme, which is a pretty neat ecological museum featuring various ecosystems:

The site is also home to one of Canada's only planetariums, and right across the street from the stadium is the botanical garden (2nd largest in the world?) which also has other attractions like an insectarium.
