I was wondering how the project was going to fit 240 SE 14 St in Brickell by looking at Google Maps (https://www.google.com/maps/place/24...l=en&entry=ttu), but after looking at the fourth pic on how that's going to be done, I'm all in for this proposal to come to fruition! Yet another nice addition to Miami's booming and burgeoning skyline!!!

It's a really tight fit. But the architect being ODA couldn't be a better outcome, they're one of the higher quality architects in Miami
