New ZBA / UHOPA application in for 95 Highway 8 in Stoney Creek. The pin is dropped on the First Ontario Credit Union building across the street from Fortinos, but I believe the site extends eastward to at least the vacant lot next door at 103-105 Highway 8.
Looks like it has a decent amount of retail in it at grade which is good, and a huge improvement over the townhouses at grade in Casa Di Torre next door, but oof that parking rate is awful.
