A building such as this would be an awesome companion project to the new Mac Health Sciences building, for example on the lot at George and Bay. Things like a walk in clinic, dental offices, blood labs etc would be great community resources to have in the core, especially so close to the new health campus.

It's also rumoured that Shoppers Drug Mart will be moving into 150MW, making it easy for patients to access prescriptions.
