Red face TORONTO | Concord Sky | 301 M / 986 FT | 85 FLOORS

Address: 385 Yonge Street
Developer: KingSett Capital
Architect: Quadrangle Architects

Yonge street continues to evolve. Another huge proposal for the strip!

9 storey podium with two towers at 73 and 62 stories.

The density on the lower (southern end) of Yonge Street is ridiculous. Just can't wait for projects like this to start, and or wrap up, as in the case of Five Condos and Nicolas Residences. The new active signage by-laws should serve to continue to animate this section of Yonge Street.

I made a drawing of 385 Yonge... but I had to be a little bit creative due to a lack of complete renders.

I love it!

Too bad about the height decrease but it'll still be an amazing addition

If 299 to the mechanical roof, I suppose the height to top of structure could be significantly higher, 310 or more ?
