Looking forward to seeing this development take shape!

I live in this area so I will try to take some pictures and post them here, every now and then.

Here are some pictures from today. As jammer mentioned, it's just site prep occurring right now, so nothing too interesting.

Looking north on Fanshawe Park Rd (this will be the site of the 3 storey stacked towns, as depicted in the site plan above):

Looking southwest on Stackhouse Ave:

Looking northwest on Stackhouse Ave:

Also, I'm purposefully uploading the images in a lower res format so that the pics don't awkwardly take up the whole screen. If you click on each pic, it will take you to a higher quality version of the image.

For the past couple weeks they have been doing construction along Fanshawe Park Road in front of this site, likely to service this new development with something.

Very little progress since the previous post. Not sure what is up with the contractor on this project.

Lots of progress with the stacked townhouses fronting Fanshawe Park Road:

and like jammer said, still not much progress with the 6s building fronting Stackhouse.

Took a very long time to get these first foundation walls formed and poured. Good to see some progress now.

Any signs of a tower crane base being setup? If not this is likely to be another 2 year plus build like the 6s on Coronation Dr.

I just went back out to have a closer look (also took some more pictures at better angles, which I just updated in my last post), and I didn't see any signs of that, no.

Though I'm not knowledgeable in construction at all so take what I said with a grain of salt lol, but hopefully the newer pictures help. If a tower crane were to be used, would it usually set up at this point?

Went by and they do not have a tower crane setup. Only a mobile crane onsite. They still are working on the underground level foundation footings and L1 walls and posts. Progress is very slow on this project as they don't appear to be well resourced in terms of workers.

Ah. My apologies for the confusion. I wasn't kidding when I said earlier that my knowledge in construction is next to nothing lol. I haven't been by the site since my last post here, but I can see a tall object from my backyard on this site and I just assumed it was a tower crane haha.

Yes this is definitely a really slow build.

No idea why this project is stalled. They haven't made any progress in months on finishing the L1 level foundation or walls.

You're right - very little progress in the last little while.

Almost 3 months since my last set of photos...
