First floor walls now well underway. Looks like BlueStone is using Concrete Forming as contractor.

3rd floor walls now started on the 6 story apt building. Should be topping out the mechanical penthouse in Dec.

Final floor walls done. Most of roof installed and appear to have started on mechanical penthouse. Focus will now definitely change to exterior and windows.

This is topped out now with mechanical penthouse completed. Exterior finishing and windows up next.

Tower crane has been removed now. Window installation moving along. Expect to be renting in the spring.

Stone exterior for first two floors now mostly installed.

Exterior now finished. Final finishing on interior and now leasing.
