No need to post sources. I know what's happening at the site. I see it every day.

Soil remediation studies is what the excavation was for, apparently. The site for the building housed a rental car company and the soil was being checked for contaminants. Concrete is supposed to be poured in two weeks but I'll believe it when I see it.
