Will need to listen when I get a chance but wow... 2hrs.

I always wondered why they half-started the redevelopment of Lincoln Fields and it seems to be stalled or no new proposals or progress in a while.

Quickly looking at the area's plan, it almost looks like the Metro (which is newly built btw) is where the park space is in the plan... things aren't adding up.

I think the actual presentation is an hour, with he second hour reserved for questions. Note - haven't watched it yet either.

The "new" Metro was always meant to be temporary while they built the rest. All big box stores now are built to be disposable, and not for a 50-100+ year lifespan like it sued to be.
