The local restaurateur that owned the site died a couple years ago, not sure if his family still owns that property or if they have plans for it if they do still own it. I thought there was a proposal several years ago for the site.

A demolition permit was obtained to get rid of the school building a couple of years ago but they were waiting on the remaining tenants to leave. Nothing but crickets on this since.
