I guess it's news, but I almost wish Adelman wouldn't cover crap like this. I mean his renderings look like screen-grabs from an early 2000's version of Sim City. Perhaps if you stop covering these proposals from the jump and lending credence to them, these 2nd rate flippers wouldn't even try to begin with.
