I drove by there tonight and with the lights on inside you can see there is one suite on the 3rd floor at the corner of Cornwallis that is finished or nearly so. Maybe the Moes live there to save on rent.
The red cladding looks bad, the other colors less so. The red stuff seems to be all scuffed and faded.
Edited to add: The crane went up in July, 2006, so it has been under construction for well over 2 years.
