Site prep is now underway for next development in Sunningdale area called Sunningdale Crossing. Single detached lots and a number of new roads are being prepped now with heavy equipment on site for servicing and utilities.

First floor wall forms now up for next Mosaik building. NW corner wall forms up but don't appear to be finished steel rebar as of yet. Given how slowly the previous building was constructed by CF, I would not be shocked to see this 5 story building also take a year to complete the structural work. They are still working on the exterior finishing and interior of the previous building.

Old Oak has now poured some of the NW corner ground floor walls on their 2nd Mosaik building on Sugarcreek. Still forming the south wing foundation and underground parking walls and posts. CF had alot of workers and activity onsite today which may indicate they are moving around workers between the three Old Oak sites now under construction. Given a limited number of workers they may be rotating them around the three projects to keep them moving along.

Dancor is making good progress on the large building at Huron and Robins Hill Rd. Steel is now up and finishing the roof trusses and sheeting now. Should see the walls started in January.

Southside Construction has topped out this 4 story affordable housing building at 440 Clarke Rd. Windows are now installed and exterior finishing is well under way. Southside also built the 5 story on Dundas St that completed this past spring. Zerin Development is the owner.

Hayman construction has the tower crane base installed now next to The Village of Glendale Crossing at Southdale Rd and Singleton Ave. Not sure what is planned there. Expansion for Retirement Home or LTC beds. They have some of the footings installed already.

Sadly a small fire at this site. Likely someone trying to steal metal and their saw sparked a fire.

Old Oak has made some progress on their second Mosaik building on Sugarcreek. Some more of the 1st floor walls have been formed and poured. Still working on the underground level and parking walls thou.

Drewlo is still forming the top level of the parking garage for their new building behind the Farm Boy west of Wonderland. The tower crane is still up. They are also still working on their second building in Woodstock where they are now on the 11th of the 12 floors. Very slow progress.

One on South Street - Medallion, if you include that as downtown
Two on Talbot Street - Old Oak & Drewlo
Two on King Street - York & Ayerswood

Total of 5 cranes downtown once Ayerswood crane is up

Old Oaks has finished pouring the 2nd floor slab. Have some of the 2nd floor walls on west end now poured on the Mosaik project on Sugarcreek.

Drewlo has finally removed the tower crane from the building behind the Farmboy west of Wonderland. Finishing touches now being applied to the parking garage. Most of the concrete crew should now be working at 661 Talbot St site now.

Noticed a trailer on site yesterday. If they are saying summer, looks like they are getting a move on.

307 Fanshawe Park Rd has started with the underground servicing being installed now.
