How far behind Lowe's? There's houses being built in the next block north, no apartments.

Saw the construction fencing last week, was curious what was going in. Actually a decent location for one.

Wasn't me that said it was a Timmy's lol. Still think it's a good location for one though. Won't be surprised to see one on the other block to the east when they start rebuilding that plaza.

Oh, only said it was a timmies because I was told that from someone working on the project, as we were supposed to install emergency equipment for them. Must have changed it or something.

I like the design, nice use of that odd shaped property, although that wall beside the ramp to the underground parking could use a mural or something.

First thing that came to mind was the old Yankee Clipper hotel in Ft Lauderdale lol.

I was back in London on the weekend with a friend of mine, who hadn't been to London during daylight hours in well over a decade.

What does she notice? All the "Farhi" signs. She asked if it was a restaurant chain.

Is there any updates on this build or is there a separate feed?

Old Oaks new Mosaik building on Sugarcreek has been slowly progressing. They have been forming for the 2nd floor slab for weeks now. Slowly chipping away at forming for the underground parking garage on south side as well

Looks like a small gas bar, car wash and fast food restaurant is being planned for Colonel Talbot and Pack Rd - SW corner.

I thought we had already posted about this but I couldn't find anything other than a comment I made on the Silverleaf thread a few months ago about council approving it. I'll be happy to see something over that way, no convenient places to get gas near there. I wonder if this will be done before either of the West 5 ones get done lol
