2 things.
1. My god 270 Park Avenue is beautiful. I dare say even more so than 1 Vandy. No matter what angle you look at it from, just a masterpiece.
2. While the renovation of this building looks real nice, I would much rather they just tore it down and built a new supertall in its place.

NYC - Future 2035 supertalls - 45 + not including anything that gets newly proposed between now and then (which will likely put it over 50)

That would be great. Would love to see that kind of "mood" lighting all over the building

It's gone up pretty fast and as it tapers I guess it will get taller even faster? Any predictions on when it will top out?

Still got some 50-55' to go to reach supertall status, its only around ~930' to the top of the splices.
