I guess because of the diagonal beams which is the reason why you said that. Difference is that The One is the first habitable supertall that's being built in all of Canada, whether residential or commercial, which is also a decent looking building, nothing flashy, but tall, decent, and respectful foe a growing metropolis like Toronto, while Philadelphia had every opportunity to build a decent and revolutionary supertall, but the one Philly had built is basically ugly, & hideous, detracts from what was once a beautiful skyline, IMHO.
Either way, The One has nothing to do with the CITC, and it's a much nicer project. I can only wish that Montreal do something similar and not stay stuck in the past because even if Ottawa is planning buildings on Lebreton Flats that are about 700-800 ft, then Montreal should follow suit.
