That's the problem we get when the City only allows selective up-zoning. West End's previous upzone, unfortunately, only covered a few spots, and this is the result. I don't think they even allow anything else except residential, which is very unfortunate. We may have more residential buildings here but it will just be another boring neighbourhood that few would step foot on.
With that said, this is a beautiful building, but too bad it will be squeezed in with a bunch of tall buildings in the near future. Also notice the table-topping of this new wave of residential towers.
