I just noticed that the height of the building is listed as 1113 feet on the above graphics, can anyone explain? Would make my day cause it wouldn't be that much shorter than I thought

20 meters/60 feet for the below ground levels, plus....?

Close but not quite. That's the height above sea level, taking into account the elevation of the ground.

Yeah, unfortunately that's not the building height.

Not sure if Tower Verre is that far back, but it appears too short. It's taller than One57 and looks significantly shorter.
