A little more info on how the top of the building shapes out...

Approval for the plan...

Awesome stuff! I'm finding it so cool that they're still installing water towers in high modern buildings.

Do we even *have* any mockups yet as to the nighttime lighting scheme of this tower?

I just noticed that the height of the building is listed as 1113 feet on the above graphics, can anyone explain? Would make my day cause it wouldn't be that much shorter than I thought

Close but not quite. That's the height above sea level, taking into account the elevation of the ground.

Yeah, unfortunately that's not the building height.

Thanks to Funkyskunk2!

New rendering showing 432 PA, One57 and Torre Verre. Now imagine 107W57th and 225W57th in that view!

Very nice rendering from the architects website. I'm assuming construction will begin soon?

Not sure if Tower Verre is that far back, but it appears too short. It's taller than One57 and looks significantly shorter.

do we have any idea when construction might start? I haven't been following the progress of this building until recently so I was just wondering...

They are still looking for financing I believe? But hopefully by the end of the year or beginning of next year?
