According to a post on the City of Guelph’s website, council will vote on officially receiving an application to build a five-storey building with 32 supportive housing units at 85-89 Willow Rd., with the project slated for the north end of the property, at a planning meeting scheduled for March 8.
This project is structurally complete now with the roof and most windows installed, per Global.
