How about a reboot? Wouldn’t be the same without Arthur...

Even though this building is pretty boring, it sure does make the skyline look like Bladerunner.

This building has some pretty nice setbacks. I don't think that it's boring at all.

Forget it without Arthur(more precisely, Jerry Stiller AS Arthur)! However, yeah there's got to be shows or films showing off the new skyline... just wow!

Also, and just as lamentful (maybe more), 432 Park Ave should be the height of the MoMA Tower, And the MoMA tower with its exquisite tapering shape should the gothic presence piercing out of the NYC skyline at 1400 feet, instead of that squat box of 432 Park Ave we actually got <sigh!>.

Afterthought towers with prominent heights and prominent towers with afterthought heights are the current reality of NYC's architectural ambitions.

The skyscraper gods have looked down, and seek to remedy this injustice. It was determined that 175 Park should rise above them all. Let’s hope 270 Park is also more gift from the gods. CPT may be the current highest, but it lacks the spirit of such a distinction.

What they did with Tower Verre was true injustice.

I think we can all agree that we’ll swap it for Central Park tower in a heartbeat.

Agreed. I’d love it if 53W53 and CPT swapped heights.

Nice pic. How long will these blue films stay? It’s almost June...

Because of a problem with Google Chrome I haven't been able to access this site for quite a while, but this evening I can. I really missed it. Just to add, I like CPT more than most it would seem. Blue film is almost gone, which lets the building shine.
