Yes, that's only there for construction. They will be removed right before they put the glass in

All amazing pics that capture the massive size of NYC and how this building is now making an epic statement on the skyline. I love how this building is unabashedly BIG. One WTC also looks quite dominant in the distance.

Eventually from that view Photolith posted, Manhattan West and Hudson Yards will be a giant wall of buildings with One WTC appearing in it.
