July 10, 2020 – For the next two weeks:​

Level 7 elevator cores will be placed in the South Tower.
Level 9 slab on the East side of the South Tower will be formed.
Level 7 slab steel will be complete above the spiral ramp.
Level 3 slab will be complete in the North Tower.
Demolition along Homer Street and Dunsmuir Street will be near complete.
Major mechanical room equipment will continue to be delivered.
Block wall installation will continue through levels 1, 2 and 5.
Miscellaneous concrete demolition will continue throughout the building.
Elevator installation will start in the podium levels.
Glazing for the South Tower lobby will continue.
The South East crane will be raised by 80 feet.
The Hamilton Street sidewalk adjacent to the building will be closed for the duration of the project.
The Hamilton Street southbound curb lane will be closed daily from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday – Saturday).
The Homer Street curb lane will be used intermittently during the day for deliveries.
Noise exemption permits will be applied for all weekends until further notice.

Not too keen on the green spandrel colour compared to the red terra cotta colour.

I think the green is more pronounced because the glass is covered (protected) on the inside? Here’s what it looked like when it was first installed, and before it was papered over:

EDIT: Those are backing panels, so there's hope that fake grilles may be installed (?)

I guess that wall and the exterior wall will form a corridor (ie mall).
