My money is on all precast panels, ala 220 Cannon St. E., or wood-frame for these especially considering how tight the site is and the staging challenges presented by that. Unless they're planning to close Charlton Street for the duration...
I find it amazing that the building method isn't specified to buyers, unless that is available to registered potential purchasers. If the construction method were known it would be easier to guess what the final exterior finishes might be, since the architect isn't really showing much here.
People seem to be comfortable making such a large purchase while knowing few details of what they are buying. For all we know they could be planning straw bale construction, or an earth house made of used tires, lol.

I got probably around 180 pages with my purchase agreement.. Lots of info about my suite and the finishes inside it, but not much about the exterior
