Wow, those are great SHH!! At first I thought you were posting images from an art gallery and your attempt to recapture the scene through photo. If those were in an art gallery, I’d have my wallet out. Also your style is a perfect compliment for the city you’re capturing - colourful, playful, quirky, intimate, a bit rough around the edges but all comes together gloriously.
There is more going up in the core (London) than at any other time. the skyline is in for some major changes in the years to come, including a new tallest (40 storeys).

I believe there are 5 cranes in downtown and another 3 just outside the core. And yes, I have never personally seen this much building in London.
"But a city can be smothered by too much reverence for its past. The skyline must keep acquiring new peaks, because the day we consider it complete and untouchable is the day the city begins to die." - Justin Davidson - May 2010 Issue of New York
The only way I can tell it's Kitchener in an aerial is because of the building with the two domes on top.
It's easier to discern Kitchener from on-the-ground photo threads because this view is always, without fail, included
The boobs were confirmation for me too. There were a few uglies I recognized as well as the university building with flower glass panels. The tall glass additions made me second guess everything.
The dolly parton tower will always be a landmark for KW.
