Yeah, I don't get that. It's a waste of space. Specially if the house can only be 2,500 square ft. That lost is over 1 million feet! And it's a park... but whatever. I'm thinking of a modern art deco design with a hint of red-orange with goldenrod to match the Golden Gate or something with tons of glass surrounded by buildings. This is kinda hard though, they really wanna see the house look professional. That means talking about how it's environmentally friendly and be earthquake safe.
