The signs are on it!
According to an article in “YourHamiltonBiz.com” on 29 July, it is opening in a few weeks. It will be about 1700 square feet with leather couches, fireplace and high-quality food.

I looked in the windows today and it doesn't look like it's anywhere near complete unless they work really quickly over the next few weeks. The ceiling and floors appeared to be unfinished and I didn't really see much furniture. The sign is pretty slick though.

Good spot! As nice as the location in Port Elgin I have been too. Nice to see improvement heading eastward into International Village. I visited the 'Cafe Ornge' also who were just getting their menu together. Next stop, blow-up the dollar and stolen bike store next to Jet Cafe.
