That's a comfy looking park there.

As always, I'm amazed at your use of photo-realistic textures. Many of your buildings are SO richly detailed. I want to walk along the river and gaze at all the architecture!

Agreed, I don't know where you get all the images of those buildings, but they are amazing. Your park feels sort of Chicago-ish to me, which I love. I like how you sunk it lower than the road too.

All the textures I use are modified from photographs of my own, so after a visit to a majour city a new neighbourhood will start to resemble that city and the textures taken from it (the Banking Quarter, which I still have to update you all on, is based off Madison, the Financial District on the Loop of Chicago, the Wedding District on uptown Manhattan, Burns Park on Milwaukee's lakefront, et al.).

Hopefully I'll get some more up tonight.

(Once again, I only like to make neighbourhood updates when all the little vacant lots are filled)

Brief update:I'm in the process of finishing the Banking Quarter and opening up huge new swaths of land to the South and a new industrial area to the East. This update isn't Photoshopped, I was too excited to get this much needed update out. In the meantime:

Riverside Plaza:A recently redesigned City City local favourite, located right off the Riverwalk, it features a small open, green plaza for outdoor dining or people watching. The buildings behind have been converted throughout to retail use. The parking lot to the left is considered the city's biggest eyesore and highest potential undeveloped lot.

After years of planning, debate and site prep, the Galprises Tower finally reaches ground level.

Nice! I like City City's New England Feel, (even though its in Boston) City City reminds me a lot of Boston. Cool! The Galprises Tower is finally above ground, how tall will it be?

Heh, yes, I have, very quietly on the rowhouse district's expansion. I've also got preliminary buildings for University and Convention Center neighbourhoods, not to mention industrial infill.

City City is amazing! It's as though you took the best of pre-war Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Boston and combined them into one amazing city!

I think what I like about City City is that is realistically imitates what many northeastern American cities would be had it not been for some of the destructive degress of the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. Kudos, man.
