Just to be fair, those stabbings in Yaletown were actually done by gangsters who came to town to party. Yaletown's not where WarrenC12 lives right now, well, not anymore: he's on the other side of False Creek.

It's inevitable at this point. Probably will see a row of townhouses and a few towers in the 20-30 storey range on 98A and 98B sometime in the next 10 years.

The project said there will be a two story restaurant so I'm with guessing with Cactus Club going across the street Joey's are Earls will move in here

Is it confirmed that cactus club will be on the corner of KGB and 98B? I don't recall any announcement.

^"Holland Pointe" and "The Holland" are seperate projects by different developers.

This project isn't even called "Holland Pointe" anymore. They renamed it to "Holland Parkside".
