Just to be fair, those stabbings in Yaletown were actually done by gangsters who came to town to party. The project said there will be a two story restaurant so I'm with guessing with Cactus Club going across the street Joey's are Earls will move in here

Agreed, nothing wrong with "parkside". Has a better ring to it than the original name, in my opinion.
