Isle Cristelle

First note: City City is not dead, it's just resting. Isle Cristelle has a finite land area, so once it is finished the overhaul of City City will continue.

Here's a teaser:

Isle Cristelle is an island that lies off the coast of the Floridia Keys about 10 miles. It is an anomoly among the other keys in that, rather than consisiting of sand and little geography, it is an uprising of granite and bedrock stone reaching nearly 400' at its summit. Due to the location, geography, and density of the town, cars are not permitted. Rather, streets are opened to mopeds, bicycles, pedestrians, some small electric cars and light rail. More to come....
